Where We Ship

For now, we’re shipping within the United States only.

We know a lot of you are outside the U.S., and expanding internationally is something we plan to offer in the future. But at this time, all orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.

Processing Time

Every order is packed by hand, and we take a lot of care in getting it right.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During launches, restocks, or higher volume periods, processing may take a bit longer—but if that happens, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Processing vs. Shipping

It’s important to note that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing.

Processing is the time it takes us to prepare and pack your order. Shipping is the time it takes your package to travel once it’s been handed off to the carrier.

We’ll always do our part as quickly as promised—but once your package is in transit, timing is ultimately up to the carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates (United States)

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include processing time. We’ll pack your order within our stated processing window, but once it’s handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is determined by them.

Shipping is calculated as a flat rate based on the size of your order:

  • $5.95 for small packages
  • $9.95 for medium packages
  • $12.95 for large packages

Orders over $80 ship free (U.S. only).

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, and time of year.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Tracking updates can take up to 1–2 business days to appear, so if it doesn’t update right away, don’t panic—it’s on its way.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or similar carriers depending on your location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, it’s officially in the hands of the carrier.

While we’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after shipment, we’re always happy to help you navigate next steps or point you in the right direction if something seems off.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Before placing your order, please take a moment to double-check your shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, reach out to us at support@shopformae.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or labeled yet, we’ll do our best to update the address for you.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If a package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address or returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
